Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If you purchase a ticket through RussianOutlet.com, RussianOutlet's Phone Centers, and a refund is issued, then RussianOutlet will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund. If a ticket is purchased through a RussianOutlet Retail Location and a refund is to be issued for it, then you may only be able to receive the refund by presenting the ticket yourself to the Retail Location where it was purchased.

RussianOutlet typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter's, team's or venue's discretion.

When RussianOutlet issues you a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid). In no event will delivery prices, service fee or any other fees or amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. RussianOutlet will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

You can return electronic dictionaries purchased from us within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage to hardware or software as the result of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any other party. Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced in a timely manner with no additional expenses to you.

Returns for other reasons are made at the customer's expense and we will deduct from all refunds the cost of the original shipping and handling that we normally waive when you make a purchase from us. All returned items are also subject to a restocking fee equal to 6.5% of the purchase price.

RussianOutlet is currently unable to accept returns of merchandise without its original packaging and accessories or items for return postmarked by the sender any later than 7 days after the date of the original delivery.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from RussianOutlet. prior to the return of any merchandise. For an RMA number please contact us at the phone number given in your order confirmation letter.

Software products are not refundable.
